Words can be of such tremendous blessing, or they can be so hurtful, unkind and brutal, used to damage the lives of individuals! So we are responsible to TAME the tongue. Words for Tame: Subdue, Subjugate, Curb, Master, Control, Temper, Soften, Bridle, Calm

Be Angry, but Do Not Sin
Info about Anger:
Mental Attitude Sins produce misery in the soul and body.
Only the believer can handle legitimate anger and avoid sinful anger.
Verse 26 presents the results of recovery of vertical viewpoint and residence in the system of love.
Review again the Greek of Ephesians 4:26.
