John McReynolds has
been a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ since the early 1970’s. He has
been an avid student of the Word of God almost since the beginning of his
Christian life. For well over thirty years he has studied Scripture under
Pastor Roy Cloudt and other excellent Bible teachers that seek to teach
the Word of God from the original languages of the Bible, in their
historical context, and teaching categories of doctrine developed by
comparing Scripture to Scripture.
John is a minister of
the Gospel, having been licensed by Grace Bible Church in 2002. He serves
here today as the Music Minister and Associate Pastor. John regularly
publishes
articles on
ChristReport.com . He is the author of a Biblical
novel, From the Dust, which was published in 2008. His interests are Bible
Doctrine, New Testament Greek, writing, music, and theater.
John has been married
to Linda for forty years, and they share their home in Baytown Texas with
“a few” cats and dogs. They have one daughter, Holly Williams, who lives
in Florida with her husband Don. John has a Bachelor of Science degree in
Chemistry and serves as the Quality Assurance Manager for a manufacturing
company in Houston, Texas.
